If your date is in the incorrect date format, it may be your default time zone settings.
In your browser, navigate to: https://hub.veryfi.com/me/
then check your settings as illustrated:
You can also do this inside your Veryfi mobile app under:
More (footer far right icon) > Settings > Scroll down to Time Zone
