Press "Forgot your password?" as shown below.
Enter your email to reset your password
Open an Email from Veryfi in your Inbox (check spam as well)
Follow the link to set a new password

If the above for some reason doesn't work, then you can use this backup link to do the same: https://get.veryfi.com/accounts/password-reset/
Once you submit your password rest request Veryfi will send you and email with a link to set a new password.
