How to from Free to a Subscription Veryfi Account

Thank you for being so interested in a subscription account.

Upgrade to a Subscription Account

  1. Inside Veryfi Hub / Web App, navigate to Billing (left-hand side menu) or go there directly using this link https://app.veryfi.com/billing/

  2. Select (toggle) Products you will be using (as shown below)

  3. Choose Monthly or Annual billing cycle. Note: An annual subscription is cheaper over 12 months since you get 1 month free.

  4. Finally, press BUY NOW button to complete the transaction by entering your credit card details.

Subscription Receipt

When the payment has been processed, you will receive an email from Veryfi with the Receipt attached. The same receipt will also be available inside your Veryfi Portal in the INBOX (as shown below).

Tips

(a) To make sure your subscription receipt is clean, please make sure you have filled out your Company information. This is done inside the Veryfi web app under "Settings > Company" from the left-hand side menu (direct link: https://app.veryfi.com/me/?type=company)

(b) Your Veryfi subscription will automatically renew every month, and a receipt will be available in your Inbox

(c) The total in your renewal invoice will be automatically re-calculated if you edit your Product list and the number of active Team Members
